Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services Announces Charity Drive to Raise Support for the Amboy Community Food Pantry

Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services, an Arkansas-based firm providing insurance and financial planning services from offices headquartered in Little Rock, has initiated a charity drive to provide support and funding to the Amboy Community Food Pantry.

 

According to the National Foundation to End Senior Hunger, Arkansas ranks first in senior hunger statewide, third in child hunger, and as many as 1 in 5 Arkansians face food insecurity. The Amboy Community Food Pantry is 100% volunteer driven and works to provide roughly 400 families per month in the Little Rock community with healthy and nutritious food.

 

“Every family in our community, regardless of race, religion, or background, deserves reliable access to food, and no child in Little Rock should have to go to bed hungry at night,” says Jason Dickinson, owner and president of Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services.

 

Dickinson and his team are creating an online contact center to manage information about the Amboy Community Food Pantry charity drive, including a dedicated social media presence and an email bulletin system. Additional efforts to publicize the charity event will include a full page story in “Our Hometown,” a monthly online magazine published by Dickinson Insurance.

 

A growing number of Little Rock charitable causes and nonprofit organizations have enjoyed the support of Dickinson Insurance and Financial Services since 2014. As active members of the national “Agents of Change” charity support initiative, the Dickinson team will be assisting additional regional charities bimonthly.
